| But can you trade in General? Like you can trade from Silver into Blue, but only Kanto Pokemon.  |

| Basically you can trade 1-4th gen pokemon from black and white to HG/SS or plat but they cannot have new moves and you can trade from HG,SS to Black and white. so basically no new pokes or moves in the other games. |

| Actually you use the pokeshifter...
It's this Mini-game where you send 6 pokes over at a time and have to launch pokeballs at them. And you can do it as many time as you want. If you want more detail i'll just edit my post |
