Not sure what you mean mega, which starters resemble the new starters? None that I know of, other than Tsutarja looks kind of like Treecko, I can't think of anything else really though...

IMO, that water pokemon (forgot name, think its Mijumaru or something though?) looks a lot like Piplup.

I don't think he looks like Piplup at all really, but then again I hate Piplup so I really don't look at him too much.
